Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception within 7 days from date of purchase and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders already printed with your logo or personalized name items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 

Exchange approval is subject to case-to-case basis. Apprecious allow exchanges of the same product with different colors or items within the same category, and the new exchange item must be published on our website (with stocks in hand). The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Apprecious offer refund for the following cases:

  • Visibly defect items such as torn, scratches, dented, black marks (unless otherwise being notify earlier on the natural characteristics of the product materials)
  • Non functional items such as gadget related 
  • Perisable food gone bad (unless otherwise being notify earlier on the time span of the food)
  • Wrong orders being sent, mistakes caused by our carelenessness, delayed in delivery time without getting consent from client or any thing that was not according to agreed product material, speifications, size of product, color of product or type of product.

For refund request, buyers will have to send photo evidence (proof of damage or wrong orders) to us within 7 days from date of purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund approval status.

Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at enquiry@apprecious.com.my

 

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges for the return or exchange of the product will be borned by Apprecious if it's caused by our carelessness with clear proof of evidence. For any other otherwise exceptional case, buyers can also return the product to our office address and self-pick up from us.
