Friendly and professional service

Purchased these pouches on behalf of my company as part of CNY activity. Sales Representative Ili was very helpful and friendly throughout her service. I appreciate overall how eficient the service was to address my request even though i reverted back last minute to purchase the item online. Thank you so much! Item was beautiful and packaging was beautiful with quality material. I only wished the material of the handmade pouch was slightly thicker.

Excellent service

Lovely Eco Chic Mini Nasi Lemak Handmade Pouch with mini mooncakes. Instantly I was drawn to the cute pouches. Inquired via IG and a nice lady by the name of Miko handled my queries. Proceeded to order online and Miko cfrmed my order. Later on I realised I wanted to order a couple more of the pouches and Miko advised me on how to do so; so that I could combine all my orders into one. Received my order within 3 days which was fast �� Received everything in order and the pouches and mini mooncakes were so cute all wrapped up in a nice box.
